How do I ensure my Baobab candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, always burn your candle until the entire surface has become liquid. For our larger multi-wick candles, this may take several hours during the first burn. Always trim the wicks to 0.5cm before lighting.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Are your fragrance oils and wax safe for the home?
Yes, we use high-quality mineral wax and fragrances created by master perfumers in Grasse. All materials comply with international safety standards and are designed to provide a clean, consistent scent throw.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and the cellophane seal is intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
Can I reuse the glass vessel once the candle is finished?
Absolutely. Our mouth-blown glass vessels are designed as decorative objects. Once 1cm of wax remains, stop burning the candle, gently remove the residue with warm soapy water, and reuse the vessel as a vase or storage container.
