Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the unused candle or diffuser in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in mint condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
